Do You Work for Someone-else's Dream?

With so many people worrying about
Job security...
Got us to thinking...
When you work for someone else's...
Trading your time for a paycheck
You work for someone else dream!
Most of the time it is not even a persons dream
It is a name on a building, a company, a corporation!

The dream is profits, numbers, and the only people are stockholders
who's goal are profits profits profits...

Most complain how unfair the boss is...
Remember when we accept a job offer
We are also agreeing to the pay scale!

We give our future permission for pay raise and vacation time
to name a few.

Remember the boss has a boss...
and they are all working for someone else's goals not dreams.

Invest in yourself...
Get involved with 'people' who have a dream
Have an open mind...  listen to opportunities that come your way!

Make a commitment...
Follow your dream
Above all take massive action...

Ask us what we are doing!!!

I love freedom and entrepreneurial innovation. Progress follows dreamers.

However, leaders need followers too. The great executive dream is tom leverage the labor and talents of employees to accomplish a grand plan. Journeymen and masters need apprentices and vice versa.

We are all interdependent and there is a time for every purpose under heaven... http://relatingonline.com/archives/721
